While the Asian swing (and Sanderson Farms) done, we have three events left in 2017, and they’re all in North America. They all have a cut. And they’re a HUGE deal for the guys coming off the Web.com Tour who will be subject to the reshuffle after The RSM Classic.

For those new to our weekly picks, we offer our top 10 players for free. GNN Plus members get additional analysis and research otherwise hidden to the general public, and that’s in addition to access to a searchable database of PGA Tour results from 2011-present, top-15 PGA Tour trends and season-long DraftKings salary trends.

2017 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open rankings: Top 10 picks

1. Kevin Chappell – Chappell hasn’t played since the Presidents Cup, but he had a good run in the playoffs. On talent, he stands tall against the field.

2. Chesson Hadley – T-3, 2nd to start the new season? Let’s go.

3. Webb Simpson – Webb has played very good golf dating back to August, and he’s taken this title in the past.

4. Jason Kokrak – Kokrak is off to an excellent start in this new season, with a T-17 and T-7 finish. He’s made six cuts in a row dating back to last season (i.e., September).

5. Tony Finau – Finau could be higher on the list, but this is a bit of a fluid list this week. Finau’s record in this event isn’t much, but he’s done well of late.

6. Anirban Lahiri – Lahiri is on fire. Maybe he should be No. 1. He had some downtime after a good run at the CJ Cup.

7. Luke List – List wasn’t in the HSBC Champions, but he had a very successful Asian swing with T-13 and T-5 finishes in Malaysia and South Korea.

8. Charley Hoffman – This is, in part, rooting for Hoffman to take down the money for Vegas shooting victims, as he’s promised.

9. Ryan Moore – Moore’s a local guy, and he has a good record in the event. He’s also on a good run of top-30 finishes across the board.

10. Kevin Na – Na is another Vegas guy playing his hometown event. He has a good record, and he’s contended here in the past. But he’s been mediocre in this new season.
