As well as divulging her pro-prep tricks for on-the-go great hair, Anna also shared her secrets behind her beautiful skin, and her fitness tips to ensure she looks ‘wedding fit’.
While the star’s signature blonde locks always look amazing, she shared that she, like many women, struggles with taming the frizz.
‘I can’t live without hair spray – my hair can be a little frizzy so it’s an absolute necessity, especially for events,’ she told the publication.
Anna said she swears by a combination of Pantene Pro-V daily Moisture Renewal Shampoo and 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner – both she said are really ‘hydrating’.

Like any bride, Anna wants to radiate gorgeously glowing skin on the big day.
Her number one product she admitted was luxe Swiss-skin care brand La Prairie – especially Skin Caviar, one she called her indulgent ‘vice’ due to its $575 price tag.
As well as her daily skin care routine, regular laser treatments are part of Anna’s beauty prep as she prepares for her wedding.

‘For my skin I’m getting Clear and Brilliant laser treatments, and I’m so happy with the results. It leaves your skin looking fresh and glowy,’ Anna said.
‘I don’t tend to use face masks – I’m not a facial girl, which is why I’m using laser treatments instead.’
While some brides subscribe to the notion they need to be ‘wedding thin’ meaning they embark on serious diet and exercise ahead of their big day to slim down, Anna takes a more consistent approach to health and fitness.
The health conscious bride-to-be revealed she does a little exercise every day to stay in shape, from going for a long walk to swimming as the weather gets warmer.

Anna is staying schtum on her wedding hair and make up look, but she did let slip ‘she has something in mind’
She’ll also include infinite Cycle sessions for toning, and adds in a little TRM (The Robards Method) her fiance’s patented fitness programme.
While she is mindful of what she eats, Anna takes a moderate approach to diet, and hasn’t put the kybosh on all the good things, including a little piece of chocolate from time to time.
It’s anyone’s guess what style of hair and makeup the blonde beauty will choose and although she’s staying schtum on her preferred wedding look, Anna did let slip ‘she has something in mind.
‘I’m testing different looks to see what I like, making sure that it complements the dress.’
