Oakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden has reportedly reacted to the viral video wide receiver Antonio Brown posted on YouTube on Friday night.
Brown, who’s been a constant source of drama for the Raiders this offseason, posted a video to his YouTube account late on Friday night.
The video, which quickly went viral, showcased a phone conversation between Brown and his head coach. Gruden wanted to know if Brown truly wanted to be a member of the Oakland Raiders. Brown says he does, but added that he’s more than a football player.
“With all these false narratives antagonizing me, it’s time for me to control my own narrative. Show the world I’m not the bad guy. Show the world you can free yourself from the lies and become your own person. I am not just AB the football player, I am Antonio Brown, the person, who paved a way for himself to be in charge of his own life. Free me!” Brown wrote.
Gruden reportedly reacted to the video on Friday night.
The Raiders head coach thought it was “awesome,” according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
