Perla Alonso told ABC13 Eyewitness News that the vehicle and suspect description matches a recent description released by investigators.
The 25-year-old woman said she left the Fitness Connection gym around 12:15 a.m. on May 2.
After pulling into her driveway, a man appeared at her vehicle and allegedly held a gun to her head.
“Soon as I opened the door, I turned back and that’s when he was standing there. My feet were hanging from the Jeep and he was like, ‘Drive off.’ I said, ‘No. I’m not going to drive off.’ He got closer to me and tried getting into the Jeep,'” Alonso said. “He was just standing next to me. That’s when I started screaming. I didn’t even close the door or anything. I started screaming and honking. That’s when he took off.”
Alonso said the man fled in a green Mustang.
“My heart dropped. My body was numb. I had a knot in my throat,” Alonso said. “I thought, ‘I’m not going to cry.'”
Alonso said she reached out to police about the terrifying incident. The Pasadena police chief confirmed Wednesday that this is the third incident regarding the alleged suspect.
The second incident happened at a Fitness Connection in Missouri City on April 1.
“From Pasadena all the way to Missouri City. It makes much more significant. It’s not just a Pasadena incident, he’s moving to different locations,” Pasadena Police Chief Josh Bruegger said.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 5’2″ in height, skinny built and clean shaven.
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective J. Stephens at 713-475-7896.
Wednesday evening, Fitness Connection released this statement:
