The ­personal trainer who has helped hone famous figures such as Tom Ford, ­David Cameron and Trudi Styler, says there’s no reason why, with the right workout and diet (plus a bit of grit), we can’t look a bit more like him. And this all comes with the added benefit of, he says, slowing down the ageing of our bodies by stimulating the production of ­human growth hormones.
