But the 35-year-old has worked very hard to get to where she is today. Ahead, learn some of Kardashian’s tips and tricks for maintaining her healthy lifestyle.
How Khloé Kardashian eats healthy when eating out
Kardashian has worked with nutritionist Philip Goglia for years and has employed one of his tips to keep her diet on track when she eats out. The mother of one-year-old True Thompson starts with healthy options before reaching for chips or french fries.
“Khloé knows that if there’s a ton of nachos in front of you but you’re staring at your sea bass, you need to eat the fish first—and then dive into the crap. You’re always [sic] eating less crap if you’re eating healthy stuff first,” Goglia told People.
How she used to be ‘unreasonable’ about foods
Kardashian didn’t always put her health first. That’s what the founder of Good American has changed the most, according to Goglia.
“The biggest change that Khloé’s had is being unreasonable about her foods,” Goglia said. “Previously years ago it was like this, ‘I’m so busy, I can’t get that done now I’ll get it later. Oh, my water bottle’s empty but I have to take this meeting,’” he added.
But Kardashian’s come a long way since then.
“Her mindset is now completely changed. She’s completely [sic] reasonable. She will say, ‘Hang on, my water bottle is empty I need to go fill it up, I’ll be right back.’ She knows that if she services her nutrition patterns everything else she does becomes easier and more efficient,” Goglia said.
Kardashian’s overhauled her lifestyle in the years since she discovered fitness. She can be seen exercising with her siblings on her family’s reality series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

A favorite meal of Kardashian’s is really easy to make
Kardashian’s nutritionist shared one meal the celebrity turns to when she wants a healthy and delicious meal that combines fatty fish (it promotes deep sleep and has anti-inflammatory properties) and unrefined sugars with herbs.
Kardashian’s “favorite” take on Goglia’s recipe is to have maple salmon with spinach and asparagus.
Kardashian keeps a stocked fridge and candy drawer
While Kardashian keeps her diet healthy most of the time, she still indulges on occasion. She shared snapshots of her newly reorganized kitchen on her Instagram Stories and revealed her fully stocked candy drawer that would make Willy Wonka jealous.
She stocked a drawer full of what we assume are her favorite sweets: Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Skittles, Hershey Kisses, among other classic candies.
Kardashian’s all about balance. While her kitchen has a candy drawer it has also has a pantry and fridge full of healthy options including eggs, fresh fruit, coconut water, and more.
