The country’s most-feared thugs have teamed up to pay for martial arts training for up to 1,000 hooligans.
The news was revealed by Moscowbased Vadim Petrov, who has just left jail for almost beating a man to death outside a football ground.
Petrov, nicknamed The Enforcer, told the Daily Star Sunday: “The English are going to get a ‘kung fu kicking’ as you say in English.
“There are guys in our firm who can put you in a coma with one well-placed kick to the head. “If you thought the Euros were bad, wait for the World Cup.
We are now experts in martial arts too.
“We are organised, fit and fully trained in martial arts – especially kung fu.
“We only care about giving England fans a beating they will never forget, because that is the ultimate prize.” Petrov added: “We don’t have beer bellies like the English.
“We are highly trained and by the time the summer arrives most of us will be experts in kung fu.
“We are getting classes four times a week to be ready for England.”
Petrov and his army of maniacs have even booked time off their day jobs around each of England’s three group matches.
He added: “We run our hooligans like a business. We have funds which are being invested in their martial arts training courses.
“We even have someone in charge of co-ordinating our travel and booking our flights to the England games. “There will be no escape from us. If you have a woman and children with you then we will leave you alone – otherwise we will attack.”
Having mocked English fans after their “weak” performance in the Marseilles fights at Euro 2016, the Russians insist it will be “hell on earth” for supporters this summer.
Petrov added: “We will be at the Volgograd arena waiting for England for their first match. We already have travel and flights booked.
“Once we beat up the English at their first game then we will move on to the next location to have a re-match with their hooligans if they aren’t too scared to show up.”
